These Terms are a contract between you and El Mehdi Chenfour ("we", "us") for the Bo app (the "App"). By using the App you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the App. Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. Don't use the App where it would be illegal.
Bo is a nutrition and food-coaching tool with an AI assistant. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, clinical, or professional dietary advice. Targets, suggestions, and AI replies are general information to support your own decisions — see the Medical & AI Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or health, and seek help in an emergency.
You're responsible for activity in your account and for the accuracy of what you enter. You keep ownership of the content you submit (meals, messages, photos). You grant us a limited license to process that content only to operate and improve the App and provide the coaching features, including sending it to our AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
Don't: break the law; misuse or attempt to manipulate the AI to produce harmful content; reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or probe the App or its services; resell or redistribute the App; or upload content you don't have the right to, or that is unlawful or infringing.
The App is sold as a one-time in-app purchase — US$9.99 introductory "founder" price for the first 500 buyers, then US$14.99 — with no subscription. Optional credit packs (US$1.99 for 50 coach messages) add AI message allowance beyond the included Free tier. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms; refunds are handled by Apple per its policies. Local prices and taxes are set by Apple for your region. Prices and the contents of paid tiers may change for future buyers; changes don't retroactively charge existing buyers, and founder pricing is limited and may end.
AI features can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate output and may misread photos or numbers. You are responsible for evaluating output before relying on it. We don't warrant that AI output is accurate, safe, or suitable for any purpose.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may set reasonable usage limits (including AI rate limits) to keep the service running. We aim to give notice of material changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any health outcome arising from use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the App or US$50. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or to comply with law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, and disputes will be brought in the courts of Casablanca, Morocco, unless mandatory consumer-protection law where you live gives you other rights.
We may update these Terms; we'll revise the effective date and surface material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
